International Shipping Policy For Manikarn Scientific Works
At Manikarn Scientific Works, We provide international shipping for eligible products through FedEx Air. All orders are shipped from India. This policy explains our processing time, delivery timelines, charges, and customer responsibilities for international deliveries.
Order Processing Time
All international orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.
If any delay occurs due to stock or operational issues, we will notify the customer before dispatch.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all international orders exclusively through:
Courier Partner: FedEx (Air Express Services)
Estimated Delivery Time:
5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.
Note: Delivery time may extend due to customs checks, remote-area routing, or courier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
Destination country
Package weight and dimensions
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in our product price or shipping charges.
The customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers will receive the FedEx tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking can be done on the official FedEx website using the provided tracking ID.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
A shipment may be returned if:
Address provided is incorrect/incomplete
Customer is unavailable
Customs duties are refused
Local restrictions apply
For returned shipments:
Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping cost, return courier fees, and any customs charges billed to us.
If a package arrives damaged, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and unboxing video proof.
Upon receiving the required evidence, we will initiate a claim with FedEx.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification and approval by the courier partner.
If FedEx marks the shipment status as “Delivered”, Manikarn Scientific Works will not be responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
In case a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
